Keep in mind:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing
- Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- USPS deliveries (to APO/FPO addresses only) occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays
Free Shipping?Free Shipping applies only to Ground Shipping. The qualifying amount excludes taxes and must be met by final total after all discounts are applied.
These shipping options are available for U.S. destinations only (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO/FPO's).
Do you ship on Saturday?No. Ground and 2Day orders ship Monday through Friday.
What about orders to Hawaii and Alaska?We do not offer free FedEx Home Delivery/Ground shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that Standard Overnight delivery is not an option for Hawaiian or Alaskan addresses. For shipping rates to U.S. territories, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-384-2802.
Does Jaxx Bean Bags ship to APO/FPO addresses?Yes! All products ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) to APO and FPO address. Expect 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Please note, 2Day and Standard Overnight delivery options are not available for APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping to CanadaAll orders to Canada are shipped via FedEx Ground International or FedEx International Connect Plus, which includes all shipping charges, plus any brokerage fees, duties and applicable taxes that relate to your order. Canadian customers will not be charged any additional fees upon arrival. Please note that 2Day and Standard Overnight delivery are not options for Canadian addresses because of Customs clearance.
What are shipping rates on international orders?Because shipping rates vary so widely from country to country, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 770-246-6400 or by e-mail at email@example.com for a shipping quote to your country of residence. Learn more about international orders.
In addition, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination. You will be responsible for any additional charges for Customs clearance. Because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we suggest that you contact your local Customs office for further information or call 1-866-384-2802 for a duty and tax estimate.
NOTE: When ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of your country of residence.
How do I track my order?We will email you your tracking number after your order ships. Please click on the tracking number link in the shipment confirmation email to track your order.
What if my package doesn't arrive when it's supposed to?Sometimes a package is not delivered because of weather delays or acts of nature. We cannot refund shipping for these reasons. Additionally, if we are given an inaccurate address or there is an address correction, delivery may be delayed.
If your order appears late, remember:
- Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Some products are on backorder and will take longer to ship.
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing
- Standard Overnight orders placed after 2pm EST are processed the following day
- Saturday is not a normal delivery day for FedEx unless Saturday Delivery has been added
- Orders to Canada and international orders are subject to Customs clearance
Packages refused or returned to senderIn the event a package is refused or returned to sender, the customer will be charged 10% of the value of the returned shipment or $15, whichever is greater.
